- 🥔 270g potatoes, 2 pieces
- 🧅 70g onion, 1/2 piece
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 spicy chili

- 🧂 A pinch of sea salt
PASOS
Prepare fish cakes, cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water with 3 palm-sized pieces of dried kelp until bubbling.
Cut potatoes and onions into bite-sized pieces.
Add potatoes to boiling water, then mix in soy sauce and minced garlic.
Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste.
Once potatoes are tender, add onions and chili, then simmer briefly.
Add chopped green onions, turn off the heat, and serve.
