INGREDIENTES
Potato Roast Ingredients
- 🥔 2 large potatoes
- 🧂 1/4 tbsp salt
- 🧈 10g butter
- a small amount of cooking oil
Garnish Ingredients
- herb salt to taste
- parsley flakes to taste
PASOS
Peel the potatoes, cut them into 6 pieces, and rinse with water.
In a pot, add 1 cup of water and 1/4 tbsp of salt. Boil the potatoes over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, then drain and let them cool slightly.
Heat a pan and add a small amount of cooking oil. Begin roasting the potatoes.
Add 10g of butter to the pan and continue roasting the potatoes until golden brown.
Remove excess oil and transfer the potatoes to a serving plate.
Sprinkle herb salt or fine salt and parsley flakes on top before serving.
