  • Condiments

    • 1 block solid curry
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Prepare pork neck steak, 3cm thick, and season with salt and pepper.

Cut carrot and potato into large chunks, and peel them. Thinly slice the onion.

Heat oil in a pan and sear the pork steak on one side until fully cooked.
