INGREDIENTES
- Meat - 🐖 600g pork shoulder
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 2 onions
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
 
- Seasonings - 4 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
 
PASOS
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, minced garlic, corn syrup, and sugar to make the marinade.
Combine the pork and onions with the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook the marinated pork and onions in a pan without adding oil. The pork's natural fat will suffice.
Add the green onions at the end and lightly toss. Avoid overcooking the green onions.
Serve the pork duruchigi hot with rice.
