    • 🧅 1 onion
    • 🥒 1/2 zucchini
    • 1/2 radish

    • 3 tbsp soybean paste
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp fish sauce
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • Other

    • 💧 4-5 cups water
    • Adequate amount of cooking oil

PASOS

Cut onion and zucchini into appropriate sizes, radish and tofu into larger pieces. Soak tofu in hot water to keep it warm.

Slice green onion thickly and cut pork shoulder into large chunks.

Heat cooking oil in a stainless steel pot, add pork and sprinkle with salt. Cook on low heat until the surface is browned.

Add minced garlic and green onion, then stir in sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and soybean paste. Sauté together.

Pour water into the pot, cover with a lid, and simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Add radish and chili powder, then continue simmering for another 15-20 minutes.

Add onion and zucchini, then simmer for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add tofu to finish the dish.
