INGREDIENTES
- Vegetables - 🥬 4 cabbage leaves
- 🧅 4 green onions
- 4 shiso leaves
 
- Meat - 🥓 100g pork belly
 
- Condiments - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 
- Other - 60g bamboo shoots
 
PASOS
Cut the green onions into thirds.
Place the cabbage leaves on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes. Cool them in water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the soy sauce, doubanjiang, and sugar in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the pork belly until both sides are golden brown. Add the sauce mixture and coat the pork evenly.
Lay a cabbage leaf flat, place a shiso leaf, cooked pork, bamboo shoots, and green onions on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and roll tightly. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
