INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 8 spring roll wrappers
 
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, julienned
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
 - 30g canned corn
 
Cheese
- 🧀 8 slices melting cheese
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 - sufficient salad oil for frying
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ketchup
 - 1.5 tbsp medium-thick sauce
 - 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
 
Binder
- 1 tbsp flour
 - 💧 1 tbsp water
 
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the bell peppers.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add pork, and cook until the color changes. Add onion and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
Add corn and seasonings (ketchup, sauce, salt, and pepper) to the pan. Stir until the mixture is dry and let it cool.
Place half a slice of melting cheese horizontally on a spring roll wrapper, add 1/8 of the filling, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 160°C, add the rolls seam-side down, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
