INGREDIENTES

- 700g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, finely chopped
- 50 perilla leaves
Seasonings
- 50g soy sauce
- 🍬 30g sugar
- 2g black pepper
- 🧄 50g minced garlic
Other
- 🥚 2 eggs
- as needed flour
PASOS
Finely chop the onion and green onion.
Add the chopped onion and green onion to the ground pork.
Add soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic to the pork mixture.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Wash the perilla leaves and remove the stems.
Lightly coat the perilla leaves with flour.
Place about half a tablespoon of the pork mixture onto a perilla leaf.
Fold the leaf in half and gently press to seal.
Coat the folded leaf with flour again.
Beat the eggs to make an egg wash.
Dip the floured perilla leaf into the egg wash.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the leaves until golden brown on both sides.
