- 2 cups rice cakes
- 🧅 1 handful green onions
- 🥚 1 egg
- 2 frozen dumplings
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Prepare 2 cups of rice cakes (approximately 300g).
Microwave the frozen dumplings for 2 minutes until cooked.
Mix the rice cakes with the seasoning: 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1.5 tbsp soy sauce.
Add the dumplings to the seasoned rice cakes and mix well.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté 1 handful of green onions over low heat.
Add the seasoned rice cakes and dumplings to the pan and stir-fry until the rice cakes become soft.
Prepare a soft-boiled egg by boiling for 7–8 minutes and add it to the dish.
Plate the dish neatly and serve.
