- 🐙 Cooked octopus, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🥕 Sliced carrot, as needed
- Sliced cabbage, as needed
- 1 green chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A few dashes of black pepper
- 🍶 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 1/2 cup water
PASOS
Slice the cooked octopus, onion, green onion, carrot, cabbage, and green chili into bite-sized pieces.
In a pan, combine the octopus, cabbage, onion, green chili, and carrot.
Add all the seasonings (gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, black pepper, cooking wine, and water) to the pan.
Stir-fry the mixture over medium heat until the vegetables are tender and the octopus is heated through.
Add the chopped green onion and give it a final quick stir.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over a bowl of steamed rice.
