INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
 
- Seafood - 🐙 150g boiled octopus
 
- Vegetables - 🌱 100g frozen edamame
- 1 piece sliced ginger
 
- Liquid - 💧 Water as needed
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
 
PASOS
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Slice the ginger thinly. Defrost the edamame under running water and remove from pods.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, soy sauce, salt, dashi powder), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Add sliced ginger, boiled octopus, and edamame on top of the rice. Start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and ingredients together before serving.
