INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 100g dried anchovies
- 🥜 3 tbsp peanuts
- 🌰 3 tbsp almonds
- 🌰 3 tbsp walnuts
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
PASOS
Dry roast 100g of dried anchovies in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes until slightly golden. Remove and clean the pan of any residue.
Heat 2 tbsp grape seed oil in the pan over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and 3 tbsp chopped green onion to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute over medium heat.
Add the roasted anchovies back to the pan and mix evenly over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp mayonnaise and mix thoroughly over medium heat.
Add 3 tbsp peanuts, 3 tbsp almonds, and 3 tbsp walnuts to the pan and stir-fry evenly over medium heat.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds and mix well over medium heat.
Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp corn syrup to the pan and stir-fry until well combined over medium heat.
Drizzle 2 tbsp perilla oil over the dish and mix evenly before serving.
