    • 🥚 2 eggs

    • 🧀 100g mozzarella cheese

    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp fine salt
    • A pinch of parsley powder
  • Cooking Oil

    • 🧈 1 tbsp butter
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

PASOS

Peel and slice the potato thinly. Marinate with 1 tbsp corn syrup and 1/3 tsp fine salt for 20 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen towel.

Chop the fish cake and onion finely.

Heat butter in a pan, add onion, and sauté with a pinch of salt until golden brown.

Add fish cake to the pan and continue sautéing.

Add eggs to the pan and scramble lightly.

Pour in milk and simmer until the liquid is almost absorbed.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the marinated potato slices until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
