INGREDIENTES
- Rice - 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
 
- Fish - 15g shirasu (whitebait)
 
- Vegetables - 1cm grated daikon
- 1 leaf shiso (julienned)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
 
- Condiments - Soy sauce to taste
 
- Toppings - White sesame seeds to taste
- Chopped nori to taste
 
PASOS
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water. Julienne the shiso leaf.
Mix the shirasu and julienned shiso leaf in a bowl.
Place warm rice in a serving bowl and sprinkle chopped nori on top. Add the mixed shirasu, grated daikon, chopped green onion, white sesame seeds, and drizzle soy sauce.
