Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 handful oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥓 2–3 strips bacon
- 🧅 A bit of green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- A bit of black pepper
- A bit of sesame oil
- A bit of sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare the ingredients: slice onion and bacon, and clean oyster mushrooms.
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and bacon, and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add sliced onion to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until cooked through.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, syrup, black pepper, and green onion, then add to the pan and stir-fry.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds, then remove from heat.
Fry an egg sunny-side up to serve on top of the rice bowl.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with stir-fried mushrooms and fried egg.
