INGREDIENTES

- 1 bunch minari
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - ✨ 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
PASOS
Peel the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the squid in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, then drain and remove excess water.
Cut the minari into 5–6 cm lengths and slice the onion thinly.
Mix 1 tbsp each of red pepper powder, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, gochujang, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning.
In a bowl, combine the minari, onion, and squid, gradually adding the seasoning while mixing.
Plate the salad and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
