INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 100 g ham, diced
PASOS
Chop the onion and ham into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with oil and sauté the onion and ham over medium heat until golden brown.
Add 200 ml milk and 100 ml water to the pan. Once boiling, add 3 tbsp curry powder and stir well over low heat.
When the curry thickens, add 1 egg and stir gently over low heat.
Once the egg is cooked, serve the curry over rice and enjoy.
