- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Pat the beef slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Layer bean sprouts, napa cabbage, shredded green onion, and beef slices in a pot, repeating the layers twice.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the layers, cover the pot, and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
