INGREDIENTES
- Staple - 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
 
- Protein - 100g ground meat
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp flour
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
 
- Garnish - A pinch of Italian parsley
 
PASOS
Grate the onion and carrot into a microwave-safe container. Add ground meat and flour, then mix well.
Add all seasoning ingredients (marked ☆), mix thoroughly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until the meat is cooked.
Stir the mixture well, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes.
Serve the cooked curry over rice, garnish with Italian parsley and cherry tomatoes.
