    • 2 cups rice cakes
    • 💧 2 cups water
    • 🧅 1/2 cup sliced green onion
    • 2 sheets fish cake
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

PASOS

Rinse 2 cups of rice cakes in cold water.

Place rice cakes in a pot and add 2 cups of water.

Add 1 tbsp of gochujang and 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes to the pot.

Mix well and turn on the heat.

Once boiling, add 4 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

When the mixture starts bubbling, add 1/2 cup of sliced green onion.

Add 2 sheets of fish cake and stir gently.

Simmer until the sauce reduces to about 1/3 and thickens.
