- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🌾 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 1.5 cups chicken stock
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 🍋 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
- 🌿 1 sprig parsley
PASOS
Slice the chicken breasts and marinate them with salt, pepper, and olive oil for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a pan until melted.
Coat the chicken slices with flour and pan-fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the sauce by adding chicken stock and heavy cream to the same pan. Bring to a simmer.
Add lemon juice to the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
Place the fried chicken into the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors infuse.
Serve the chicken on a plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy.
