INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
 - 🧅 1/4 onion
 - 1 tbsp salad oil
 - 🧂 Pinch of pepper
 - 1 tbsp potato starch
 - 🍋 1/2 lemon
 
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍯 1 tbsp honey
 - 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
 - 1 tsp dried basil
 
PASOS
Cut the onion into wedges and chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Halve the lemon, squeeze juice from one half, and cut the other half into quarters for garnish.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a container.
Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 5 minutes, then remove and pat dry. Coat lightly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat, place chicken skin-side down, and cook until golden brown.
Flip the chicken, add onion, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add reserved marinade and lemon juice, then coat evenly.
Plate the chicken and onion, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve.
