INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag of lettuce
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar or oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A small amount of sesame oil
PASOS
Wash the lettuce and other vegetables thoroughly, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: soy sauce, chili powder, vinegar, sugar or oligosaccharide, plum extract, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion.
Just before serving, toss the lettuce with the seasoning mixture and add a small amount of sesame oil.
Plate the salad attractively and serve immediately.
