    • 🧄 1 small cup minced garlic
    • 1 small cup cooking wine

    • A sprinkle of sesame seeds

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly under running water.

Prepare the vegetables: slice the green onion, onion, and mushrooms. Wash and slice the perilla leaves.
