INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 15 frozen dumplings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
Vegetables
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red mini paprika, diced
- 1 yellow mini paprika, diced
- 🧅 1/8 onion, diced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Fry the frozen dumplings in oil until golden and crispy.
Place the fried dumplings on a rack to drain excess oil.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
Dice the bell pepper, mini paprikas, onion, and green onion into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add diced onion to the pan and cook until translucent. Pour in the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.
Add diced bell pepper and mini paprikas to the boiling sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the fried dumplings to the pan and toss them in the sauce until fully coated.
