INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 2 small pork cutlets
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice
- Adequate amount of frying oil
- 🥬 1 cup of sour kimchi
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp coarse chili powder
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup kimchi juice
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Heat oil to 180°C and fry pork cutlets until golden brown.
Place fried pork cutlets on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Chop sour kimchi into small pieces and sauté in sesame oil with sugar in a heated pan.
Add water and kimchi juice to the pan and bring to a boil.
Season with chili powder and tuna sauce (or soy sauce for a Korean twist).
Slice pork cutlets into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the kimchi mixture.
Pour beaten egg around the edges of the pan and let it cook while simmering.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or seaweed flakes on top before serving.
