  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
    • 🥛 1 small yogurt
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Main Ingredients

    • 🍜 1 serving noodles
    • 🥬 1 cup chopped kimchi

Boil water in a pot while preparing the sauce.

Mix 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1 tbsp vinegar, and 3 minced garlic cloves.

Add 1 tbsp perilla oil over the minced garlic and mix well.

Add 1 small yogurt and stir the sauce thoroughly.

Chop 1 cup of kimchi and mix it into the sauce.

Cook the noodles in boiling water until soft, then add a small amount of cold water to stop boiling and repeat until noodles are cooked.
