    • 100g somyeon (thin wheat noodles)
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
    • 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
  • Egg

  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
    • 1 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

PASOS

Boil water with a pinch of salt and gently roll the egg while boiling to center the yolk. Cook until hard-boiled.

Chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces and julienne the cucumber.

Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, oligosaccharide syrup, plum extract, vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the bibim sauce.

Boil somyeon noodles in rapidly boiling water. When it boils over, add a cup of cold water twice and continue boiling.

Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and drain thoroughly.

Place the noodles in a bowl and mix with 1-2 tablespoons of the bibim sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Add the chopped kimchi and mix well. Plate the noodles and top with julienned cucumber and the boiled egg.
