- 🧅 1 green onion

- Some lettuce

- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds

- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- Some seaweed flakes
- 1/2 cup kelp broth
PASOS
Clean the octopus by removing its innards and cutting it into bite-sized pieces. Rub coarse salt onto the octopus to remove slime and odor.
In a pan, stir-fry the octopus, vegetables, and seasonings with kelp broth instead of oil.
Add kelp broth and stir-fry on high heat until the mixture thickens and the octopus is cooked.
Place a small piece of butter in a hot stone bowl.
Add warm rice to the stone bowl, then top with the stir-fried octopus mixture. Heat until sizzling, then cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with seaweed flakes, cucumber slices, shredded lettuce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix well before serving.
