INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 1 serving buckwheat noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup blanched bean sprouts
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg, cooked and julienned
- 2 crab sticks, sliced
- 1/4 cup boiled chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup fish cake, julienned
Sauce
- 3/4 cup dashi stock
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mustard
PASOS
Cut the cucumber in half, remove seeds, and julienne.
Cook the egg, remove the chalaza, and julienne after cooking.
Blanch the fish cake in boiling water to remove excess oil, then julienne.
Blanch the bean sprouts and squeeze out excess water.
Prepare boiled chicken, crab sticks, and tomato slices.
Cook the noodles and rinse in ice water to cool, then drain.
Mix dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and mustard to make the sauce.
Add sesame oil to the sauce just before serving.
Pour the sauce into a bowl with ice cubes.
Arrange all toppings over the noodles and serve.
