- 🧄 5cm green onion
- 🥕 some julienned carrot
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms
- 🍄 2 soaked shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- some sesame oil
- some sesame seeds
Chicken Marinade
- 🧂 some salt
- some pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
Mushroom Marinade
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- some pepper
- 🧄 some minced garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Slice the chicken breast into thick strips and marinate with the chicken marinade ingredients.
Slice the mushrooms into thick strips and marinate with the mushroom marinade ingredients.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, cook the marinated chicken until done, and set aside.
In the same pan, add cooking oil and stir-fry onion, green onion, carrot, and mushrooms over high heat.
Add the cooked chicken back to the pan, then season with oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
