INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, julienned
- 🧅 1 medium onion, julienned
Protein
- 🍖 100g ham, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Julienne the potatoes and soak them in water for 5 minutes to remove excess starch.
Julienne the onion and ham, ensuring they are cut thickly to avoid breaking during cooking.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and add the drained potatoes. Stir-fry while adding small amounts of water to prevent sticking.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the julienned onion and continue stir-frying until the onion turns translucent.
Season with salt and mix well.
Add the ham and gently stir-fry to combine with the other ingredients.
Once the potatoes are fully cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
