Ham and Potato Stir-fry

INGREDIENTES

  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 1 potato
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot
    • 🧅 2 stalks green onion
  • Protein

    • 1/2 block spam
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

PASOS

Slice the potato, carrot, green onion, and spam into thin strips.

Soak the sliced potato in water for at least 5 minutes to remove excess starch.

Boil the potato slices in salted water for about 3 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the carrot and spam until golden brown.

Add the drained potato slices to the pan and stir-fry together with the carrot and spam.

Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well.

Sprinkle sesame seeds for added nuttiness.

Add the green onion at the end and stir-fry lightly.

Serve the ham and potato stir-fry warm.
