INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 🐟 1 handful dried anchovies
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 🌱 desired amount of bean sprouts
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🌊 sufficient amount of seaweed flakes
Optional Ingredients
- 🍜 desired amount of noodles
PASOS
Boil water and add a handful of dried anchovies to make broth.
Chop 1 cup of kimchi into small pieces.
Add the chopped kimchi to the anchovy broth.
Add bean sprouts to the soup.
Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce to season the soup.
Add noodles if desired, or skip for a rice-only version.
Add 1/2 green onion, chopped, to the soup.
Beat 1 egg and pour it into the soup.
Add cooked rice to the soup and simmer briefly.
Finish the soup with 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
Top with seaweed flakes before serving.
