- 🎃 1 medium zucchini, sliced thick
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧅 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 🥕 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, oligosaccharide, onion, carrot, green onion, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Slice the zucchini into thick rounds.
