Essential Ingredients
- 🧅 1 handful green onions
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 serving somen noodles
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Cut the green onions into 5cm lengths and prepare the somen noodles by boiling them.
In a pan, add the green onions and vegetable oil, and stir-fry until the green onions turn brown to make green onion oil.
Once the green onion oil is ready, add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar) and mix well.
Add the boiled somen noodles to the seasoned green onion oil and mix thoroughly to complete the dish.
