    • 🥕 100g carrot, cut into sticks

    • 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil

Trim both ends of the green beans and cut them into 4cm pieces. Cut the carrot into 5mm thick sticks.

Boil water in a pot, add the green beans, and cook for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Using the same pot, boil the carrot sticks for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a bowl, combine the green beans, carrots, tuna, ground sesame, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix well until evenly coated.
