INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 1 whole chicken
- 400g glass noodles
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasonings
- 13 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Soak the glass noodles in water for 40-50 minutes until softened.
Trim excess fat from the chicken and rinse it under cold water.
Cut the onion, carrot, and potato into thick slices. Soak the potato in water to remove starch.
Place the chicken in a pan, add 4 cups of water, soy sauce, and coffee powder. Bring to a boil.
Skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
Add sugar, corn syrup, and the prepared vegetables. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add minced garlic, green onion, and soaked glass noodles. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
