- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp plum extract
PASOS
Prepare 200g of pork belly.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and grill them.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, gochujang, and plum extract to make the sauce.
Once the pork is cooked, brush the sauce onto the pork and grill again.
Place warm rice into a bowl.
Top the rice with the gochujang pork belly.
Slice some perilla leaves and serve them alongside the dish.
