INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 150g soaked glass noodles
- 1/4 green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 5 pieces fish cake
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced 5cm thick
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp anchovy powder
- 💧 500ml water
PASOS
Soak glass noodles in water for at least 1 hour.
Prepare ingredients: slice fish cakes diagonally, cut onion and carrot into thin slices, and slice green onion diagonally.
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Bring water to a boil and add the sauce mixture, stirring to dissolve.
Add fish cakes to the boiling sauce and cook until softened.
Add onion, soaked noodles, carrot, and green onion to the pot and continue cooking.
Reduce the sauce until it thickens. Taste and adjust seasoning with reserved sauce or additional sugar/water as needed.
