INGREDIENTES
- Vegetables - 6 pieces taro (300g)
 
- Seafood - 🦐 10 peeled shrimp
 
- Spices - 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp sliced chili
 
- Oils - 3 tbsp olive oil
 
- Herbs - Chopped parsley as needed
 
PASOS
Peel the taro and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot and add 1/2 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients). Add taro and boil until a skewer easily pierces through. Drain the water.
