INGREDIENTES

- 1 bunch perilla sprouts
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare the perilla sprouts by rinsing them in a colander.
Blanch the perilla sprouts in boiling water for 1 minute.
Rinse the sprouts in cold water twice and squeeze out excess water.
Mix minced garlic, chopped green onion, and 2 tbsp of perilla oil with the sprouts.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Stir-fry the mixture in a pan over medium heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Optionally, drizzle more perilla oil for enhanced flavor.
