Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Boil water and add a pinch of salt. Blanch chamnamul briefly until it boils, then remove immediately.
Rinse chamnamul in cold water 3–4 times and squeeze out excess water.
Cut chamnamul into thirds for easier mixing.
Combine soy sauce, salt, minced garlic, chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Mix chamnamul with the prepared seasoning until evenly coated.
