    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
    • 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion

    • 1/2 cup diced ham

    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion over low heat until fragrant.

Add chopped onion and celery to the pan and stir-fry until softened.

Add diced ham and stir-fry together with the vegetables.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack eggs into the empty space. Stir gently to scramble.

Add cooked rice to the pan and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and ground pepper. Mix well.
