INGREDIENTES

- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly.
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into suitable lengths.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Heat a pan with oil and scramble the eggs over medium heat.
In the same pan, heat oil and sauté the sliced onion.
Add the chives to the sautéed onion, turn off the heat, and stir using residual heat. Season with salt.
Combine the scrambled eggs with the chive-onion mixture, add ground pepper and sesame oil, and mix well.
