    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 💧 2 tbsp water

Cut the eel into bite-sized pieces and marinate with salt, pepper, ginger juice, and cooking wine.
