INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 bag pre-cut vegetables for Chikuzen-ni
 
Meat
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh, cut into small pieces
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vinegar
 - 2 tbsp sake
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
 - 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
 
PASOS
Drain the pre-cut vegetables for Chikuzen-ni. Cut the chicken thigh into small bite-sized pieces. In a container, mix all the ☆ seasonings well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the pre-cut vegetables and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
Add the ☆ seasonings to the pan and mix well. Cook until the sauce thickens. Serve immediately.
