Main Ingredients
- 1 whole duck
- 1 handful of chives
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasoning
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ginger powder
PASOS
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all the seasoning ingredients. Adjust sugar or chili powder to taste.
Massage the duck meat with the prepared sauce thoroughly.
Let the marinated duck rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Slice the onion into 0.5mm thickness and cut the chives to match the onion length.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated duck until almost cooked. Add onion and chives, stir briefly, and cook until done.
