INGREDIENTES

- 2 sheets seaweed
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup stir-fried kimchi
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 can spam
PASOS
Prepare stir-fried kimchi by cooking 1 cup kimchi with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Add 1 cup water and simmer until reduced.
Season cooked rice with a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Slice spam and pan-fry until golden on both sides.
Cook eggs to your preference (hard-boiled or soft-boiled).
Cut seaweed sheets into quarters.
Spread rice evenly on the first two sections of the seaweed.
Add toppings (egg, spam, stir-fried kimchi) to the remaining sections.
Fold the seaweed to combine all layers and form the gimbap.
