INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 400g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 3 stalks green onion
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 2 pinches sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- A small amount of cooking oil
PASOS
Mix the seasoning ingredients to create the marinade. Pound the pork shoulder thin with the back of a knife, coat it with the marinade, wrap in plastic wrap, and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Cut the green onion into 1cm pieces and finely mince the garlic.
Combine the marinated pork with the green onion and minced garlic.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and grill the pork on both sides until golden brown.
Slice the cooked pork into bite-sized pieces, plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
